I don’t find that I often incorporate serums into my life. I usually go and get a second-hand serum from my mom to make up for the fact that I don’t want to buy one. However, I have been changing my skincare routine to match the Korean standard (where their skin routine can include up to 10 products a day on face alone). I’ve used The Body Shop products before, and I decided to give them another go.
I checked out Yes to products because I had loved the Yes to Tomatoes Facial Cleanser so much. I found they had just the serum I was looking for, and I hope that it helps to reduce the marks on my face from my most recent breakout.
One of my favorite magazines is New Beauty Magazine. They are actually the reason I got into beauty blogging in the first place. Sometimes they have such interesting articles that I feel compelled to share some of their suggestions and guidelines with you.
I needed a new hydrating lotion or oil to put on my face for the night and day. I wanted one that could also go everywhere (on my face, eyes, lips and neck). That way I could take a break from eye creams for a while.
My eye have always had dark circles. I don’t have puffy eyes, just these dark circles since I was a child. I believe it has to do with the amount of melanin in my skin. I get hyper-pigmentation, so the dark circles under my eyes are just a side-effect of a larger problem. I wanted to see if Vitamin K was all it was hyped up to be.
I wanted a new, revitalizing serum that would enhance my skin’s elasticity and brightness. I also wanted a serum that could add moisturizing benefits as well.
